“Healing” after birth has many different meanings. In this session we will discuss healing on two levels! First we will tackle the not-so-often talked about tissue healing involved with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. We’ll also discuss tips and tricks to make you more comfortable as well as things you may want to stock up on before your baby arrives. The second healing we’ll discuss is inflammation. I’ll share information on how I eat, move and get my head right each day along with my typical self-care routine and how that has helped me heal differently in this postpartum journey.
